Relax Does Not Make You Relaxed?

When you say to somebody as an order, "Relax," I think it tends to set them less relaxed.  If they are not relaxed like a war or fight with a spouse, how can they just relax and calm down?  Furthermore, people don't like being bossed around, really.  They like to make up their minds instead of being minimized some by rudeness.  Who knew?  And, if they are already relaxed, they will get hurt, perhaps, and not relaxed.

I think that this word as an order is a opening for mind control.  And, you?
