CIA VERSION, STANDARD

1.5 Xanax pills

3 Valium, 1 5 mg? and two 5, althought I don't see a difference

2.5 Propanolol  20 mg, I think

Mossad

1.85 Xanax pills

4 Valium, 2 10 and 2 5s

1 Propanolol

You choose, either.  This should deal with anxiety and be mildly drugged out results

Please be careful driving an automobile on those cocktails or using heavy machinery, using power tools (a new one, MUSIC: TRUST ME), or flying an airplane or helicopter.  You can't fly when you are high as they say.

This note allows time shipment NOW under my rules.

The Vicodin with cut, Tylenol, are available possibly in this order as well

Blue, Yellow, White (best for doing pain relief and not high)

Morphine, unknown dose, but may be high 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and full pill

Codeine with or without Tylenol, generic Tylenol 3 is assumed, but don't quote me.  Assumed if not specified to be witheout the Tyelonol 3

1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 10, 15, 18, 20 Melatonin, mellows you out to prepare you for sleep

 

Cyclobenzaprine, a muscle relaxer to the stomach Yellow "Mylan?" strong and somewhat floaty, .5, 1, 2, 2.5 pills, for tight muslces of spasms(?)  10 mg pills

Clindamycin 150 pills, good for every six hours, three per day, to the stomach to not burn your veins, possibly, an antibiotic, consider standard dose (with this or one of the others with this and Keflex preferred)  DOSE FOR PREVENTATIVE OR WHATEVER, I GUESS 2 weeks 3 pills per day

  Into army vein

Meloxicam 150 mg tablets, .25, .5, 1, 1.5, 2

  - in arm vein

Vitamin B-17, try three times a day for preventative cancer treatment, 100 mg., into the stomach

Nerontin for anxiety 300 mg tab, uasually not makes high, but some clouds for some people presumed .5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 pills, in the brain

Lunesta, eszopiclone, name brand, strong and nice vibe or stout, 3 mg. tabs.  .5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 tablets, in the brain

Amoxicillin 500 mg, try 1 tablet ever six hours for 14 days, for treatment or preventative medicine

Keflex 500, try 1 tablet every six hours for 14 days, an antibiotic, for treatment or preventative medicine

Melatonin, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 10, 15, 18, 20  Nature Made or Nature's Bounty (better, more soothing) In the brain delivered

For preventative cancer treatment, SGIN:YES, I guess two of those pills a day at least 6 hours apart for 3.75 weeks.  Close enough.
