I have no record on this one, but I think maybe the answer is "for your nerves," and I have it somewhere.  I HAVE RIGHT.  For less than a Valium or a Xanax, just a little unnerved and very good at that.  I think I support this one.

And, I read that the class of barbituates is more toxic than this:

Benzodiazeprin...  I think that might be Xanax, Valium, Serax, and also alprazolam.  For the record, people were liking the answer of JUST XANAX to help with sleep or anxiety.  Just more depending upon either need.  People were not into what appears to be the rule, a 5 year wait to get medicine that actually works.  When people have sleep disorder, lack of sleep, they need to get rest right away.  One psychiatrist told me that Atarax helps a non-prescription version of sleep medicine, the standard one, I think.  But, it is only so good.  And, he told me the body naturally rests, but that is when exhausted beyond what it should be, and some sleep problems are better addressed before then, I think.

I think this will be added to my most updated medication list.  Just because I don't answer the questions well does not mean that somebody else does not do that job here on Earth.  I am tired of asking people for help with something they should have learned to fix well before they were a psychiatrist!

I am not a doctor; I don't have that kind of specialized education in bodies and how they can be essentially "fixed."  And, I will never have time in my existence for that much education in bodies or fixing them!  I can be a counselor and drug advisor instead!
