"Radical Islam" and "Jihad" and "Terrorism," Towards Definitions That We Mean Already...

I have a definition of terrorism that I am working on.  It could be like the recent attacks for which you have my sympathies, for terrorist purposes, specifically this is terrorism because people tried to terrorize the Paris population and Western Allied powers, probably.  MUSIC: AND THAT'S THE DEAL MY DEAR (when the music sounds louder, and take the bad ones with the good ones, if you want to know, Shakira, Whenever Wherever...)  I also note that ISIS membership while maybe not being enough is indicative of a terrorism charge.

By "radical Islam," we almost assume EVIL and ISLAMIC.  This is not merely militant and Islamic like the Muslim Brotherhood or Hamas, I guess.  I would think that "radical Islam" assumes that God is supportive of evil tactics like terroization of people and random targeting which implies innocent children.

A Jihad is traditionally ALSO a "Islamic holy war" from about the time of Salidin.  But, the term goes back to the "Greater Jihad" and "lesser jihad," to hit back or to keep your soul pure, and I don't remember which is which.  That was from Muhammad, the last prophet of God until now, I think.  Roughly now.

I think that a "jihad" could be a struggle or also a fight, and does not need to be Islamic.  English is a language in transition.  

Please refer to my working definition of terrorism, the best one on Earth, I think, in previous literature for a good idea of what is chargable and an evil, evil, evil crime, terrorism.
