Cucumber Salad for Two!

One whole cucumber, hothouse or standard

Peel cucumber from within .2 inches of both ends:

    Your choice, strips of peel, washed, roughly 1 cm. each, or

    Fully peeled

  Slice cucumber in half or quarters, lengthwise

  Cut slices of cucumber from end to end, roughly .9 cm. each

One quarter of a red onion

  Peel until a barely juicy layer is reached

  Cut off each end, top and bottom

  Slice onion from top to bottom, .5 cm. think

  Cut onion slices to .5 cm. wide from front to back, and side to side

Italian dressing

  Kraft Tuscon House Italian to taste and suitable dampness

PEPPERS, GREEN OR YELLOW OR RED, OPTIONAL!

  ONE FULL SIZED PEPPER, SLICED .8 CM and diced almost (like onion)!
