MEDICATION FOR PAIN, SOME INTERLOCUTORY CONCLUSIONS....

My favorite doctor has had ROUGHLY "a lot of success lately (about a year ago) with anti-inflamatories.."  I think that this is a good rule, and he likely sees a variety of patients and a wide view of body types and chemistry.

If you have a problem, for a severe pain a 30 Meloxicam would probably do, but maybe you need to accept some pain and enough help.  A big help instead of a little pain gone in such circumstances like one aspirin is expected to do, is seen as possible medication for the patient.  Serious pain should be one meloxicam at 15 strength, or somewhat weak pain at 7.5 meloxicam.  A good standard view, with a price of 60 (one month supply for chronic pain) 7.5 Meloxicam at Walmart, store brand.  Fine.

The "drug tables" are THE USUAL EFFECT.  Please do not reread this as negating that body chemistry differs.  That was a view of what might be about all we need of modern psychiatry in psychiatry.  Something that is expected to work on the first try.  

Don't give me your "sleepy" is "high," like in the case of Lunesta or standard sleeping pills, non-prescription.  

Also, don't say that "pain gone" is necessarily "high."  I don't buy this; that is not what "high" means in the vanacular.

If you feel the need to heal semi-severe pain on the first try and especially if a telephone or standard appointment for drugs don't work takes days instead of hours or minutes as reasonable, try Vicodin, with medical view of PLAIN or anti-inflammatory if allowed for more relief.  Still under review.

Two or three Advil or two extra strength Tylenol or generic could be added to a prescription for other medication for pain for the anti-inflammatory effect you need.
