Building Your True Love, a Special Treat!

I have a special plan if you are ready to try magic to get your true love.  Probably, they need the following:

1) Full adult written into them, as well as two languages they understand, knowledge

2) Magic talk enabled, they just know how to do it, knowledge, 

3) A feeling of how to control a body based upon your magic's understanding of it, and

4) A feeling of how to voice the languages and understand the sound, based on your magic.

I think this might be my final plan.  You could specify all of this, and I think they would be most happy with this.  Unfortunately, I left out elements three and four with most of the people of this world.  Word!  Who does those boo hits, but I didn't want something uncomfortable, and what plan would work!  I so believe with a "keep your feet below you and stand still and move slowly when you are ready and balance yourself" and also a "good and evil is basically a ASK FIRST" that some people manage perfectly well with that.

I do so think that my plan for making a full adult would work, but something better and more fulfilling personally and of knowledge came up over eternity.  Oh, well!  I tried!

A good plan would be mature adults that you believe are ready for love go to a large house where they could stay for a few days, perhaps a rental, and you bring in a group of them with people you know and trust, a safe environment.  And, you should probably warn them that about nobody has been born this way, we believe, and that they might go to prison/insane asylum, unjustly like I did for merely talking about magic and magic talk, despite the better side of the scientific argument being on our side on this one.  I don't really know how to fzoom-hmmm... the rest of this!  But, I have faith that some people can AND POSSIBLY DID do well with this one, kind kindred spirits.
