Fresh rolls, 2 of them

2 bun length hot dogs, Oscar Meyer or something you can afford

Butter for the pan

Honey mustard or dijon or regular or something exotic to taste

STOP

GREASE THE PAN ON MEDIUM HIGH OR ADJUST A LITTLE AND BUTTER EVERYWHERE; CAN use I Can't believe...

Either cut the hot dogs

In half 

And, fry them as a half

To get it cooked through

Defroasted at about 1:30 on defrost in a microwave

Or, in semi-warm water, on the side of cold

Or, cut them in a spiral all along

Use them like a heat sink in reverse

Under testing now

Cut like a spiral

Cut another spiral or a few more if needed

OR cut along the curve done in straight lines as necessary

Cook until over 140 in the center, we hope

I hope it all works.  I will find out soon!

Toast the rolls at the beginning if you wanted that effect!
