Even Hitler got to have parties with friends and to work on Mein Kamph while under punishment for treason, forceful takeover of the German government.

What do you expect from people in prison and under that kind of strict food rationing and low quality care as well as without their usual drugs?]

Can't we ask people to come to a polite facility with good food, smoking allowed, and under voluntary leaving for a time being accepted?  I think you would get rid of 30% of the Depakote and Abilify cases, and these could be the worst of the terrorists, saving more harm to society.

But, seriously folks, this needs to change.  And, i note that it is even more aggrevious to have, like this town, so many psychiatry patients in prison instead of under psychiatric review.  And, what a review!  It was recently estimated that more than half of Houston, Texas' psychiatric patients are in prison instead of under reasonable care.
