legs from top of hip bones to shoe length

arms from top of shoulders to wrists

foot from end of big toe to heel center

foot from side to side where most narrow

ring around each finger where the ring sits

from a somewhat little short, the legs around the legs

head where a baseball cap

head where a visgar might go, below the iips  to where most narrow

WOMEN

same as men, but chest1 below the breasts

cup size includingn -- and ++
