PEARL IN THE SHELL

The 'shell', once so hesitant to see its worth, was then glorified when the 'passion' touched it. When looked within, discovered an ever shining pearl inside the stubbornly closed lids.

PEARL IN THE SHELL

The mighty sun set to kiss the horizon,

The blue sky embraced the reddish hue,

Far off the main land

There laid an elegant shell,

Reluctant to spread its vibrant rays.

The pure waves ran out hastily,

To wake her up with its delicate foam

The hasty sands clutched over it..

To whisper the beauty of the infinite night

The serene breeze stretched out vast,

To tell the tale of sea and shore..

Yet, curled up the shell,

Hiding itself in the closed corners,

Resisting to gaze around, 

Withdrawn from the elite day light.

Moments gone and seasons passed,

'I am none' wept the shell on silent nights, 

Until the dew drop of passion,

Blessed her with its angelic wings.

Those sparkling eyes opened so nice,

Softly pouring its graceful smile,

The sky, shore, waves and breeze, 

'A pearl in the shell' they together said

Spellbound at the bursting rays..
