Soul's MazeA Poem by Aradia LecraweI wrote this in eighth grade. Won a publication in a young adult poetry book. Forgot the title of the book though, sorry.Trapped in a maze of reality and imagination
Wandering through halls of dreams Turning corners expecting truth Coming to dead end lies In the middle of this maze They are all mixed together In the core of one's soul This maze is impossible to solve The walls of others' lies change Change like the running water's pattern The floors flip like the devil's tongue You are neither on top not bottom Only few doors open revealing what they hide The ceiling is constantly moving like the wind There is no end to this maze There was no beginning © 2013 Aradia LecraweFeatured Review
