War DoctorA Poem by aprilrayneas he spoiled me on broken knee my eyes, they pleaded desperately, two thousand years, an empty cause, for he waged war and never lost
come back in time, the edge has won a broken spell done up in sun
the blue box quickens the angled pace the weeping washes angel's face
then, look upon what time has done the twisting never mends, it runs
a flicker here, a flicker there the day lost every yesteryear
too shallow in the night, must haste, a ripping chorus war will taste and save the doctor who as well to bring them all to life ...then
