I thought I’m done but I’m crying again

Alone… I don’t want them to see

Tears inside of me, flowing endlessly

Even in my dreams, heartbreaks are haunting me

I pray for serenity, I’m tired of crying silently

Everyone is laughing around me

I wish to enjoy their company

but it’s hard to pretend,

it’s hard to coat uncertainty

The more I try to suppress the sadness,

the more I feel so hopeless…

 

The reason that I cry is I stand alone

Alone all the time…

I thought no one would see,

I thought no one would come to me…

 

I’m thankful that you’re watching over me…

Making me smile when I don’t want to

Making me laugh when I don’t have to

You’re trying to read the mystery beyond my eyes,

Not forcing me to explain what lies behind

Silence in between but I can feel your presence

I’m grateful that someone understands…

 

I thought I'm just like the cold breeze,

And my heart will be forever covered with mist…
