Coma by April Broeckx

Coma by April Broeckx

A Poem by aprilbroeckx

Strange as it may be

I am not what you would see

These lips, my eyes, my hair

Is all a lie I share

Not the same at all

Just wait until I fall

No more will I walk away

Here is where I'll stay

The light does not shine through

To fill my darkest view

And in this fragile state

There will be no new slate

For I am all alone

I can feel it in my bones

Walking through my sleeping mind

My body is left behind

I think this was amazing! So emotional, yet withdrawn at the same time.
