Sad wave

This happens to me way too often, it's a cycle.

Here I am laying down
When out of nowhere I start to frown
I feel sad just like that
I don't know why I feel like crap

I cry, and I ball
On the inside I fall
I try to stand tall
But on the inside I fall

I can't help but feel sad
I cry over the love I never had
I try to think of better days
When will all my problems fade away
