Dark filled smokey rooms

Dark filled smokey rooms

A Poem by elizabeth

Sunrise and sunset...walking...sliding in mud filled alleyways...

Cats meow breath in my face...

Dark dusk filled smokey rooms and dirty window panes... cigars and smokey eyes..

Tears fall, they fill my face....I hear wispers......

I hate cigars in my face....

He wispers in my ear....smooth jazz plays on his piano....

Empty hearts breaking with each breath taking...twisting and turning

with gut wrenching sorrows in thick air

                            covered with haze.....

Faces are shadows.......eyes are hollow.....

bodies drenched in sweat and tears......

Dark filled smokey rooms with dim color lites...where souls share a familar hungar...

where hearts beat to the same rythm.

Dark dusk filled smokey rooms...in hiding places......where sunrise and sunsets...

Walking alone in mud filled alleyways.......craving cigars in my face...smoothe jazz on his piano...

Dark dusk filled smokey rooms......

   in familar places.....in hiding places....

                               places in my heart.....
