For whom my heart is always with.....

My uncommon mother.
With all of your acumen and strength,
you held all of us together,
while we all walked the plank.
Raz and I looked down,
and feared the chilly waters,
but you showed us the glaciers reflections
and the beauty of an existing martyr.
We treaded these waters together,
with you holding us so tight.
I dont know how you got us through,
with all of our tears drowning us at night.
I walk on this solid earth today,
with part of you always with me.
We were smacked by the same choppy waves,
until we reached shore and became free.
Our blood ran together on the ocean floor,
ensuring our bond as three,
and now I walk with passion, strength, and am proud,
to have a part of you always with me.
