Embracing the darkness

I wait for morning

Not realizing my fate,

I run into the night.

There's no light in this world

But i feel safe here.

A light shines through

Casting away my fears.

No, I want to keep them close,

But who knew that the darkness

Could be you best friend?

I guess I'm welcoming this light

No more loneliness in this world

Just a soft

                 gentle

                            morning

      kiss...
