I have no potential,

No asspects,

No friends,

No support.

I have scars,

A drifting body,

And one goal.

I want to serve you,

O Jah,

You and you alone.

I want to prove to you

That I will not let my depression

Interfere with my faith,

That I can be happy

When I am in your House.

I want you to know

That you are the only true God,

Yes you O Jah,

Yes you O Jehovah.

I want you to know

That you are always

In the forefront of my mind,

O Jah,

I will stand firm right down to the End.

I want you to know,

O Jah,

That I will always love you,

And let you guide me.

O Jehovah,

Please know,

I will be a fiathful slave of yours,

Serve with everything,

And know that my Prayers

May not fall on deaf ears.

Is my heart sent in vain?

Or is it in devotion?
