24: You Can Yet You Can't

 

You can't choose what life gives you,
But you can choose how to react.

You may be scared to find your worst fear true,
But in all sense you can benefit.

You can make the best of your time,
You can make a fantasy in your mind.

You can live in reality,
But still be in a dream.

You can laugh your worries away,
And carry on about your day.

You can love the world and everyone in it,
Even if it's just for a minute.

You can't change the world in a blink of an eye,
But you can change someone's life in a matter of time.

Even if you're scared to find your worst fear true,
Without a moments hesitation, you can make do.

Yet, you just can't choose what life gives you,
But you can choose how to react.
