WAR AGAINST CANCER AND MORAL LEARNING AT TATA

Tata is a name known for healthcare. It is a milestone in itself. Patients and Experts swear by its results and hopes it raises Cancer patients from all over India come to Tata with last expectation and Tata never disappoints them. Their expertise, soothing behavior and hopeful treatment wings their desire to live. Any day you visit Tata Memorial Hospital and when you see thousands of people suffering from the death trap of cancer, getting hopeful again because they have faith and belief in Tata’s name. Tata has its own magnetism because of their large history of selfless service of mankind in philanthropy healthcare and education to not only poor’s of India but in field of higher education business science and medicine management also, Tata has done tremendous work in business science and industry and their name shines like a bright star. What is more, in every field their stress is on the principle of “stronger and well off must come forward to help the weaker one” and this is more evident in the field of healthcare and medicine.

Whenever anyone is directed to Tata he never relinquishes hope because Tata is between them and death. These hopes are also not belied by Tata doctors and staff, One can attend Tata to learn the best ways of running a healthcare unit. Their expertise and efforts and faith to provide redressal are so enormous that people consider their opinion as verdict and last word became of above automatic environment. Those who attend the hospital can also learns a lesson or two in developing attitude of hope, Love, good manners, kindness  and above all respectful expressions and willingness to help others. Here you can see old mothers and fathers being escorted by willing sons, talking to them and trying to keep up their spirit and hope to fight the deadly disease. Here you can see the old and disabled never losing hope and valiantly waging their battle of life. You can see sisters helping brothers and vice versa to fight this disease and building confidence and hope leaving aside all depression from their life. Such confidence has been built up by this hospital and their kind staff who will never feel irritated and are always willing to listen and help the people inspite of heavy work load.

Environment at Tata’s so full of kindness, hope and love that it automatically brings one’s best in a person. A normal person if at Tata automatically learns to give precedence to sickly, old and ladies in matter of boarding lift, for occupying chairs and in queue’s. Here they are automatically induced to help the weaker. Here there is no competition but compassion, this is what which goes into one’s mind at Tata because of missionary type of work culture and environment created  owing to helpful attitude by doctors, nurses ,administration and staff to reach out to patients for addressing their problems. A man with attitude, impatience, selfishness, arrogance and cunningness may try to come and feel vibration of human kindness and special bonding of love and care will definitely overhaul his soul and mind. I feel that this place is the God’s place of healing and building a strong bonding of love and care for all, keeping aside all social and religious barriers. Here people become one family, helping and motivating each other and joined together to fight this menace of Cancer.

I feel very sad and my eyes fill with tears when I see the faces of all people and small little children’s coming to Tata but inside them is the strong compassion and strong determination to fight and heal this menace out of their life. Small children’s aged 2 to 15 are also with their parents fighting against the disease and their parents are fighting against the mental and physical depression and asking the savior Almighty God to bless their children’s with hope of long and healthy life.

Spectral Computed Tomography, Cellular Immunotherapy, Surgical Robotics etc are the new powerful force to combat the rise of Global Cancer and many research by the scientists all over the world are rigorously working but the final verdict is in the hand of humans whether to adopt the healthy lifestyle or not. I reiterate to all the people to accept and materialize healthy lifestyle in their daily routine and don’t be depressed if any dreaded disease struck you or any of your loved one. I call for better planning and strong determination during the emergency and you see that you will be the winner from all facets of this disease.
