request to my father

wrote this poem thinking about death... hope. you guys like it....

we are here
and someday we shall leave
but when we do
oh father!
please make the ending sweet

make honey my poison
and fill my bed with spears
when I die
oh father!
I leave my loved ones in your care

make my parting painless
and please make it quick
when I die
oh father!
make sure I die a hero not a coward weak

happy and satisfied
I want to pass away
when I go
oh father!
my loved ones, I never wish to betray

and finally,
dear father!
I come to you
please accept my soul
please accept my love true
