Let it Rain!!

The clouds grew darker,

Leaves shyly sprouting in a greener hue,

Drenched in love,

With the sparkling touch of romantic dew.

Everything is beautiful,

With the rhythm of falling drops,

Grooving in my heart and brain,

Wait, before the sun peeks in,

Let it pour, let it rain!!!

The aroma of rain falling on long dry land(petrichor I think) is one of my favourites, baking bread being too of the charts. As Christine said, we do not appreciate the rain as we get too much and all year long.

Rainfall is refreshing and beautiful. Much needed in dry lands, not fully appreciated where I come from where we have much of the stuff. . We all moan about rain. We should celebrate it.
