modern poet

modern poet

A Poem by i still remember

So say the poet was wrong, all he ever said was a lie,

He ran down ally ways holding the truth in the palm of his hand

As the town people cried out “Kill the Poet”, did he encourage

“Surrender those thoughts”, I watched
An endless high of suicide pride as we pulled triggers

I don’t think your going to not live my friend you suffer from suicide

Everything is an illusion; all you see is going to die
Your always going to be corrected, I’m sorry
My mentor explained to me,
so I killed him, dragged his limp body and buried it facing hell,
who are poeple to tell poeple how to live a life
