Findings in Tidings

Findings in Tidings

A Poem by Anthonio Joshua
"

Ages after ages, humans search in vain for the truth. Or is it?

"

Ripple... Ripple... Ripple...

The question remained puzzled,

Bounded by the fault of the Apple...

...

I know You.

Ages and seasons had spoken loudly on behalf of You.

Come down, You have.

Gone up, You have.

But still...

No...

The rhythm, You gave.

The music, You made.

Every sound, You brought.

But still...

No...

O, All...

Fading away, i have been.

Waiting plainly in the dust, being left out inside the chimney!

Enlight me...

Unlock me...

The search is over, every work is over.

And still i wait, and still i wait...

...

But then...

...

Ah...

Finally, and boldly.

Understanding, one i am granted.

Wisdom and light, i should've seen them coming.

All...

It is not me who find You, right?

In this darkest hour and deepest pitfall...

What can a Son of Dust do?

This is the truth, this is the way.

Listen well, my fellow Children of Earth.

Listen well and you'll hear the downfall of your vanity.

This is the truth, this is the way...

We don't find one...

But the Truth Himself...

The Truth Himself finds us.

Look up.

Look up, O Fellow Adams...

Look up and let yourself be found.
