hit the wrong way

a hit gone wrong

Oh! What a hit hit me!

I dared not stand straight, though clearly I could see

But the fix did put me in a jam

For, I had to ride a distance to go pick up the ma’am

 

Soberness, I quickly sought

The spiff didn’t help any

Oh! In a quandary I was caught

To get out of which, I’d spare more than a penny

 

I lay down for a bit

But the hit had really hit

I was feeling a little queasy

Adding to me feeling overall, uneasy

 

I sobered soon, I thanked my stars

To pick up the ma’am I then did depart

I rode my bike past many a cars

And I though to myself, “Oh! What a fart”
