It's Been A While

It's been a couple of years

since I saw you last.

It's been a while since you got to

hold me like that.

You don't come by anymore. 

You don't even call. 

I just sit here for days and days and watch

everyone else fall.

And I do miss you.

I miss your voice.

I miss the way you talked and the way you acted

and everything you did. 

You don't even call.

It's been a while since we have

both wanted to fall.
