I See Good in Everything

You promised me all the time

That if nothing but you will be mine.

Till the end of the moon and the sun that shine,

But you failed to keep that promise

and let our relationship to demise.

 

I walked away from it with smile,

Thinking it was nothing for you but just a beguile.

I forgave you and moved on forever,

Tried to focus on my other endeavour.

I made several arduous attempts

Though the world too continued to haver

But I persisted happily with several exempts,

And avoided several misleading tempts.

 

I have been snapped many times for a thing and nothing

But I trust my winning heart that keeps on beating,

I know I will achieve once it is set on anything

Because I am a dreamer and an optimist

And I see good in me and in everything.

there is nothing wrong in seeying good in everything it just means that you have a good heart and an open mind (y) i loved this piece i think it hids a lot of emotions underneath each and every word ;)
