Seasons Of Life

Promises and vows 

Are just words they told, 

But none know the future 

How the story will unfold. 

As long as we have it 

Live the moment- don't lose hold, 

Today is bright and warm 

Tomorrow may be freezing cold.

And when the fairy tale turns a nightmare 

Rebuild your walls- strong and bold 

For seasons change for a reason 

Spring will again knock at your threshold.
