Breath life into me..

Darkness and pain... Hope and light....

The darkness is pulling me in,

The voices of past dragging me to hell,

As I step in the dark umbra, against my will,

The cold hands of demons of midnight push me towards my end,

I’m losing my sanity; I’m not going to pretend,

Thread of our lives intertwined, untangles slowly

No, this is not what I anticipated...

Oh my sun, show me the hint of glow I need...

Before it’s too late...

Before I lose to my fate...

Your warm touch can bring me to life again,

Let me live again; Break me free from the pain...

Pull me out in the luminous light...

No strength left in me to fight...

Anymore.

Save me before it’s too late...

I don’t want to face the end...

Save the soul of mine, I defend...

Breathe life into me all over again...

Very intense message here. I liked it a lot. A suggestion for you? Try rewriting it without rhyming. Rhyming sometimes inhibits the emotions the writer is trying to convey. This is something I had to practice with, because I love love love to rhyme. Always challenge yourself and you'll be amazed at what comes out of you. Great read. Thanks
