Two WorldsA Poem by deepblue04My grandfather came Down a long line of scholars His father taught him The ways of Confucisism At a young age My grandfather taught All of his six kids What his dad taught him Including my mom When I came to For a second time I met him as if it was the first time At the time, I barely knew Korean And he didn’t know any English Yet somehow I could tell what he was saying And he could tell what I said From this it taught me one thing Even though there is someone That no one could understood They can tell what that one person meant. © 2012 deepblue04Author's Note
