The Illusion

I thought you would be the one

I guess that was I wrong

You took her as yours

But never even thought to look at me

 

Even though something could've happen

You only pretended to show those feeling

You acted like everything wasn't meant like it

You made an illusion

To where everyone thought something could've happen,

To include me

 

And yet, you took a different girl

A less attractive one, noted by your friends.

Even though you said you wouldn't date a girl

that people want you to date

They never meant it like that,

People only asked if we were dating or not.

 

So, the question is what to do with you

and I know the answer with the question way too well

I am going to give you what you deserve.
