insomniaA Poem by Pevi Mae
Cast a spell on me, O creature of the night that I may dream of eternity consumed to the dazzling beauty of darkness. Won’t you prevent the flames of daylight from shattering when I’m loving the taste of this potion? O keeper of the soul, have you gone wild that your long lost wings have returned? This never-ending madness, will it be forbidden? How I pretend to be numb so I can feel the wind no more. I’m too afraid to fall in the abyss of uncertainty and still I took the risk. Am I to deserve this one full turn, and my heart pondered, will I ever let go? © 2009 Pevi MaeReviews
