Reflection

Reflection

A Poem by Midori
"

about a girl who looks in the merer and doesn't like what she sees

"

She gazed at the reflection

She didn't like what she saw

all she observed was a simple complexion

All she noticed was the blemish not the beauty

She failed to see the pretty girl

Everyone else saw the purity

But she never did.

This is a small (in size) poem, but if it was any longer it would ruin the beauty of its simplicity. Well done Suze.

Very true, this is something I am faced to deal with as well, as many do to! Nicely done.

It tells about the simplisity of beauty yet the unkowing eyes

I really like this poem but I think completion should have been complexion.
