Lonely

About a girl who lives her life feeling alone and left out.

She sits alone waiting for someone to come and talk to her. As she looks around she sees other children talking and laughing, but no one sees her.  She comes home with a boatload of homework to do, but no one to talk to.  Her life consists of school and not much else.  Her family is not close so the only one to turn to is God.  She bows her head to pray saying, "God I am so alone.  I am tired of doing the same thing over and over again.  Help me!"  Her heart cries out in pain.  "Take me home I want to be with you."  Her mom and dad get home from work, and she helps with supper.  She can't tell anyone how she feels; her only option is to keep it inside.  Her younger siblings fight day in and day out.  She hates it, but there is nothing she can do about it.  One day she goes to the store with her mom, as she gets out of the car and starts to walk towards the store with her head down.  She never saw the car coming, until it was too late.  At the hospital the doctors didn't think she was going to make it.  A few days later the Doctors tell the family, "There is nothing more we can do, she does not have long to live."  The family gathers around to say goodbye.  She says to them, "God answered my prayer."  The family, a bit baffled, asks her what she means by that.  She simply says to them, "I asked God to take me home.  I'm tired of being alone."  Before the family has time to react she drew a deep breath and let out her life, leaving her family wondering at her last words.

I was in a vary depressed mood when I wrote this so I ya I do not usually write stuff depressing.

This story is short but very sad....I knew girl who lived in this exact same situation...except she didn't die...actually shes my best friend :) Very well written...a little choppy but still well written ;)
