Mothers DayA Poem by Anika WriterCelebrating your mom <3
That women standing over me,
Is She my life, or my property? To my surprise she's been here since; And never forgot about me. We laughed at times, though she embarrassed me; Mom don't forget I still love you. She does my hair, and doesn't make a fuss, When I accidentally use her brush. She knows me well, In times it's a scare; When I go to sleep, and she gives me a bear. And don't forget,I know her better: Mom I still love you. Now all this talk about one little day? Why can't we appreciate her, Even when the sea is at bay? I loved her then and I loved her now, And don't forget to tell her year around. ~Anika/Sarah/ © 2014 Anika WriterAuthor's Note
