WandererA Poem by Abhilash Hegdethose abandoned roads, I travel to seek out my disillusioned castle. with a broken compass in hands I've set off to Utopian lands. as the winds befriend me, those bare-bewitched eyes see of a recluse I'm to be, sipping that cup of night tea. these crossroads aren't any strangers, they greet me like my next-door neighbors. we speak to each other in melancholic solitude and exchange directions with a warm gratitude. I ain't know when to stop every other day just another hop maybe, crack open myself to talk ? to far-off I may wander this ain't a meek-heart to squander. I'm journeying to meet my life node on that less-traveled desolated road as I search for my long-lost abode. - AH, 09/22/2016
