Emotional pain is so finely sketched for your reader in this very soul-stirring poem, Abhi. I love how you speak to your God and question the events which have taken place and why he has ignored your needs. The visual detail is simply stunning. I can only imagine a soul splintered by what the heart, mind and soul have endured. I am a firm believer that our trials and tribulations make us stronger at the end of the day or at least, strong enough to be able to surmount the next obstacle which comes our way. All we need is to be strong enough. "The wheels of time
sewed up the ailing moans!" What a line! Wow! Lovely use of personification! A very eloquent write, superbly penned. Thank you for sharing, Abhi...

Deep and moving, the images of pain portrayed so poetically and uniquely, followed by the inserts of your questions to your Lord. It reads like one of of David's psalms in the Bible. The lonely tone and longing comes through, as well as the torment of a soul marked by unbearable sorrow. Thank you for posting this.

We endure the pain and those bruises does make us stronger. May be we come out as better individuals out of the whole process. However, the soul does cry its tears. Thanks so much for visiting and leaving this review. Appreciate it, Marianne!
A feeling of desperation floats through your words. At low times, people turn to spirituality and religion to help them. A strong plea to the heavens in this one. Written from the heart. Lydi**

i guess sometimes we just feel like the cause is lost...our soul is out there in the wilderness of space and time....we feel crushed by life, with no way to save ourselves...and we feel he has turned a blind eye to our suffering...
no salvation just the plight of wreckage.
