the world that 

day

came to 

screeching halt

in grief

&

disbelief

one of first

wtf?

moments

no one spared

a grey 

sky

hung forebodingly

in

shadow like gray

we got 

guidance

we gave

love

we got

solace

we gave

all

we got

energies of

colorful abundance

we gave much 

love

an expansion

sharing gained

knowledge

doing because one

can

imagine ... HUH?

details are easier to present

Yes, “HUH?”-tears are the reaction to your perfect question…one sick mind exploded him…Beautiful Boy, dear John. Keith, your tribute/memorial touches my heart and soul. Hurts, hurts. He saved my life over and over. When I listened to him, I did not need to cut. Your poem shares the wonder and the tragedy so brilliantly. Your concise, stark words tell it all. An irreparable hole was shot through the world with his murder. The true, final mic drop for him- Boom. Boom. Boom….but the music lives on in us.
