many years past, actually decades since my writes became political and polarizing

whether it's sex, politics, rock 'n roll and yes religion, it doesn't take much to get under the skin of some

hackles can be a powerful tool

HA! 

yes i am laughing at the weak

AND i still refuse to follow the norms of correct punctuation(s) ! HA!

AND YES i am an A*S!!!

i have had a letterboard sign in my front yard(s) for more than 30 years

it is not used every day but most find it so

at one time it was for haiku

other times for word of the day

bottom line ... for better or worse i am causing you to read and think

damn i should have been a teacher! HA!

there have been many instances where my messages have given cause for another to take their aggressions out on my sign

there have been brick and concrete blocks thrown thru it

there have been letters taken

the sign has been run over by a neighbor's pick'em up truck

there has been hate mail sent

there have been death threats

all over words

one would think i was calling for public burning babies rather than taking position against ...

my blood pressure doesn't need to be jump started by saying 'his' name

just the thought ... you catch my drift

ok ...

how easy it is to get lost in a maze of only 26 symbols.

26 symbols that when arranged can give opinion, give suggestion, take a stand, surrender.

a limited number of pieces that have an infinite array of possibilities.

more combos than a rubic's cube.

more count than the visible stars in the night sky.

with these 26 symbols one can convey a serious thought, a comedic event or incite a war.

express love for another, ridicule those less fortunate, ask for guidance and forgiveness.

it doesn't take a genius to pen a masterpiece, only time applied.

the pen is mightier than the sword and the pen depends on symbols to fuel it's existence.

rise up and pay homage to the mighty alphabet, 26 symbols, 26 letters that have the power to save the world or instigate its demise.
