not now

not now

A Poem by keith
"

really?

"
not now

no trashing no dissing
no offensive words
not even when
the vice president cruz
speaks more gibberish than fact
pure rubbish and flaming turds
will i not use certain words
words like freedom
like equal rights for women
civil rights that have no allowance
for the burning cross of racism
a don't touch i will tell world
where books can be borrowed
with only one's word
a world of plenty
where women and children
do not starve to death
a world of polite manner
where all are treated fairly
where equality reigns
a world of no lifetime appointments
or political interest buying their way
free elections free choice
choose the moron you want to rule
a soapbox of the people
that denies only the hateful speech
of oppression of apartheid
of misogynist rule
no i will not trash talk
when others refuse to take out
their garbage
the hell i won't
not now not ever
the best is yet to come
