Chapter 2
6/16 7:25 A.M. "Hahhh...", the black haired girl sighed, as she walked beside the pink haired girl (that now wore glasses) through the vast hallway. The two girls were gleaming as their charming appearances shined throughout the hallway. The black haired girl was teeming with overflowing elegance and mature beauty, making her look confident and glamorous; while the pink haired girl was filled with dazzling cuteness and courtesy, giving people the impression that she's dependent and reliant, but that only elevated her cuteness to a higher level. "Sis ... do you know that guy? ... He sounded like he knew us ... or something... and how ... how did he do that?... How was he able to stop that truck? I just don't understand what happened...", the pink haired girl spoke with a confused tone trying to reason out the details from the earlier incident. "Sheila... you do know I've never gotten an interest in guys right? I'm actually as confused as you are right now... They were traversing through a large hallway, the ceiling was made of white glossy marble with chandeliers of massive sizes hanged on every square drawn. Walls painted white with small cavalry designs are all over with gold edges on the corners. The floor was also clean white marble with small crack designs. Large closed windows were built on the walls and air conditioners were built on the spaces between the windows on the uppermost near the ceiling. It almost looked like they were journeying through an expensive villa when they are actually just walking their way to their classroom. Yes, this place is none other than their school, the place of their learning. These two girls aren't just for show, their looks clearly show that they must be daughters of rich entrepreneurs. "Well, whoever that guy is and whatever happened, it has nothing to do with us anymore... I can already guess that we probably won't see that person ever again.", the black-haired girl named Mae commented. "But sis, he still saved us, we owe our life to hi-", before Sheila could even finish her sentence Mae interrupted: "Sheila, come on lets forget about what happened, okay? Things would be less complicated if we stop worrying about it." "Hmmmmm, but sis-", *RINNNNGGGG!! RINNGGGG!!*, Mae reached into her pocket and pulled out an expensive looking smartphone. "Uh hello-", Mae answered. "MAEEE!! OH MY GOD MAEE!!! SHEILA!!! ARE YOU ALRIGHT!!!??? ARE YOU OK?? ARE YOU HURT ANYWHERE??? PLEASE TELL ME YOU'RE ALRIGHT!! PLEASE-" "Calm down sis! Calm down, ok? We're fine! Right, Sheila?", she said so as to relieve the girl on the phone. "Uh! Y-yeah!! I'm fine sis! Don't worry about a thing!", Sheila nervously said. "Oh, haahh, that's a relief! I was so worried something bad might have happened to you two! You should've called me or something! I wouldn't have known what happened to you two if I hadn't opened the TV!", the girl on the phone spoke with relief. ... ... "Wait! What?? TV??", Mae shockingly asked. "Yeah, I just finished cleaning the living room and thought of resting for a bit so I turned the TV on. I was so shocked when I saw you two in the news! The reporter stated that a truck had a brake malfunction and had almost hit a whole crowd of people including you two! But then they spoke about this mysterious guy wearing a black cape or something that stopped the freaking truck!! Can you believe it!?? They're actually making up stories to white wash what really happened!!! Even though I don't really know what happened, but still I'm sure that's not how the real story went, right? Mae? Sheila?", the girl on the phone stated. "... You see the thing is... That's...that's exactly what happened.", Mae responded. "... W... w... WHHHHAAATTT????", the girl on the phone exclaimed. "B-b-b-but how???? Whu- What just!?? How did?? S-seriously?? Mae, Sheila, you got to be kidding me right now!! ARE YOU TWO REALLY OK!!??? DID YOU HIT YOURSELVES ON A ROCK OR SOMETHING!!?? AREN'T YOU TWO JUST HALLUCINATING??? MAE!! SHEILA!! W-", before she could even finish what she was saying, Mae hung up. >Receiver: Sis Nel--- _We're fine, ok? You don't have to worry too much. Just relax, we're safe and sound, let's just talk about this when we get back home, is that alright?_, Mae texted. "Sis, I'm not so sure if what you did would make her less worried about us.", Sheila said with a nervous tone. "Well, I don't really like her worrying too much about us *haaah* but if I didn't stop her she would keep on going for hours and hours.", Mae answered. "I guess... It's Sis Nel we're talking about here.", said Sheila as they stopped their steps. "Well, lets just try to not worry about it... ok Sheila?", Mae advised with an exhausted tone. "Yeah... I'll try to not think about it too much. Anyways, let's go sis.", Sheila said while opening the white door. ================================================================================= 6/17 3:00 A.M. The bright white moon shone throughout the night sky, the stars twinkled with glamour as they displayed themselves through the moving clouds. The normally busy and loud city is now in a state of total quietness, only the chirping of crickets and the chilling night breeze was heard. Since it was already around 3:00 A.M. that time, most of the residents were asleep and rested on their own beds. In this silent and peaceful state of the city, a man, who was wearing a blavk outfit, stood on the roof of an abandoned business building, near the edge. He stood straight with his hands in his pockets, eyeing down on the city. His face was hidden by his hood, only his pale lips could be seen on his face. "It took me a while...", the man whispered. "But now... I finally found you...", he took a deep breath and exhaled... "Haahh...", then continued: "I can finally fulfill the promise." He stated with a soft and satisfied tone. ================================================================================== 6/17 6:05 A.M. "A resume?", the black haired girl asked with a surprised tone. "You can't be serious, right? What is it this time?", she continued. "Well, this person that just applied seems like he isn't from this city. He described himself as a traveler, a nomad that tried to dwell from place to place searching for the right place to settle in", the blue haired girl stated as she held the vacuum cleaner on top of the expensive looking rugs. The family doesn't have the best experience when it comes to hiring new employees, especially since they ARE a family of aristocrats. Rival companies are always on the run to beat their competition, and one of the biggest rival in their industry would be the Nakahara Industries. As a high grossing company that invites investors worldwide, its obvious that some companies would try and sabotage their work. They often try to get a hand of the Nakahara family's estates, and they envy the height that the family's company have reached. Individuals of all variety have been hired to 'blend in' inside the family's homely atmosphere and receive their trust whilst trying to get a hold of the family's assets. None have been successful, but the family's image of a perfect servant have all been ripped down to pieces. 'Having one servant is enough', that is their one ideal. Not only did they tried to get their hands on the family's riches, they have also tried to conquer the women of the house. Since all of the women of the family are beautiful and glamoring Yamato Nadeshiko-like ladies, its obvious that lecherous men of all stature are dying to have a taste of these women. Fortunately, any attempts to harm the family members have all been intercepted by the highly trained protection squad that favor the family's safety more than theirs. The Protection Squad is a group of 30 women who are trained to guard the family and their assets. High-class security systems were applied throughout the building, turrets where spread all over the house, electric fences are applied all over the bullet proof walls, and everything was applied with cloaking functions to protect against machine disruption. The squad has also been trained hand to hand combat, weapon training and battlefield survival for any emergency situations. Except for the blue-haired girl, every other employee they employed were all trained bodyguards including their chauffer. "So what are you gonna do Mae? Are you gonna check on it or are you planning on ignoring it?", asked the blue-haired girl who stopped vaccuuming and stared at the black-haired girl with eyes of curiosity. The blue haired girl, the one who wore a maid outfit, is actually the two sisters' adopted sister. Well, to be more specific, these three girls have all been adopted from a very young age. Although they seem like they're close enough to be sisters, none of them have a connection in blood. Mae and Sheila were both raised in an orphanage in a small province located in Kyushu, while Nerissa was abandoned by her divorced parents. They were all brought together by their mother, Mizuki Nakahara who became a single parent for her three little daughters. Who are more known as《The Nakahara Sisters》. "Let's just ignore it... We don't need anymore people anyways. We're quite fine with our current situation.", Mae answered. "Sis Mae, let's go take a bath. We're gonna be late if we don't finish preparing now.", Sheila said with a slightly worried tone. "Ok, let's go.", Mae replied. "Sis Nel, how about you leave that for a while and join us?" Sheila requested while looking at the vaccuum cleaner Nerissa was holding. "Sure, but don't take too much time in the bath just because you hadn't have any skinship with me lately.", Nerissa answered with a slightly anxious tone. "Kay! Let's go!", replied Shiela. As they left the room, the resume that was spoken of earlier had been completely ignored and was thrown by the side of the trash can. It was blew off by the wind and flew off through the open window. On the topmost part of the resume, is a name imprinted on the paper. The name that was written was 'Kenjiku Ojakusa', the name of the person who tried to apply as a servant to the family. ==================================================================================== 6/17 12:23 P.M. In a an area that looked like a residential area for rich citizens, is a large mansion with a huge front gate. In front of the gate was a very expensive looking car known to be a lamborghini. A man is outside the car and is stood at the side of it eyeing the mansion. The mansion was huge enough to house a whole school of students; large expensive-looking palace windows, white smoothly painted walls with artistic line and curved patterns on the edges, a peaked roof slanted down with the color of lavender, a homely courtyard with finely trimmed bushes on the railings of the staircase leading to the front door and a marble fountain with a gentle-looking angel statue on the center with her hands locked together in a praying position filled the area with a feeling of perfection. If you are given the chance to name this place you would probably call it nothing else but 'heaven'. It gave off an aura of purity and serenity, it released a fragrance of nature and fresh air, it was truly and absolutely an earthly paradise. Stood in front of the mansion, is a tall, suspicious looking man. The man was about 6 and a half feet tall, he had an ugly face; wrinkles were all over, thick eyebrows, a large mouth, a big nose, a scar on his left cheek and eyes hidden by expensive looking sunglasses made his facial features. He had a dark skin tone, a blonde dyed mohawk, piercings on his ears and nose and tattoos all over his neck. He wore a clean and expensive looking suit, a white nicely fit polo with a black tie on top and a black suit jacket to cover it off. On his legs he wore black slacks and black leather shoes, that further improved his attire. Although he was suited like a man of respect, his face doesn't speak of it otherwise. He wore a devious, villainous grin like he was some kind of cliche henchman from a movie. With his hands in his pockets, he stood there staring and smiling at the mansion. An aura of evil shone through this man. He was likely someone who's about do to something unjust. The man, who was still staring at the mansion took his right hands out of his pocket revealing a black business cellphone and positioned the cellphone next to his right ear. "BOSS, WE'RE ALL SET. ALL WE NEED NOW IS YOUR SIGNAL.", the man suspiciously said as to inform the person on the phone. "Do it.", replied the person on the phone. Who had a rather weak voice. *Click. The person on the other side hung up. The man grinned even more and positioned his phone next to his chest with the front facing his face. He unlocked the phone and revealed a picture of three beautiful women who wore similar school uniforms. The first one had long black hair, the second had pink and the third had blue, but all of their faces were shaded out. They were probably scribbled out by a pen or something, either way the faces were shaded out enough that it wasn't visible anymore. "ha... ha... ha.. ha. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. FINALLY. I WAHS SO SIHCK. OF WAITING. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. TIME FOR YOR YOU. PU-NIHSHMENT. LITTHLE RABBITS. HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA." His roaring laughter echoed throughout the streets, but not one person suspected anything. For some unexplainable reason also, the streets were quite bare. Not one sound could be heard and the only place that had opened its windows is the mansion that was spoken of earlier. The area was calm and peaceful, but the atmosphere was different. It was not calm and obviously, not peaceful either. It was emmiting a special feeling, a feeling of imminent danger. The feeling it was emmiting can be explained in one simple, but meaningly phrase. It was nothing else but 'the calm before the storm'. ===================================== © 2016 angrafael1Author's Note
