Immortal

He followed her scent.

Knowing she was the one.

He needed to taste her.

Dreamt of that moment.

As she sensed his presence.

That urge to know him nagging.

Their eyes met in a simple glance.

He was upon her.

His strong hands gripped her tight to him.

Her sweet smell intoxicating.

Tracing the fine lines of her bare neck.

The need too strong to fight back.

His warm lips latched on.

Nothing had ever felt so good.

A single drop of blood escaped.

And in that moment he claimed her.

Becoming his creature of the night.
