Pitiful dreamerA Poem by Angie GI welcome the pain I knew would come.
Pitiful dreamer. Trying to live a fantasy not yours.
You've dug a grave you cannot escape. And now you must take the pain. Nobody to blame but you. In this dark world , you wished upon a star that's out of reach. And yet you dared dream. Of an impossible romance never to be. The forbidden fruit belongs to her. Savor the pain of knowing them together. While you sit here wishing him in your embrace. His kiss you will never know. Shedding tears that scar your face. Yet it seems you savor sweet torture. Pitiful dreamer come to me. I am the one who can save you. I am you're pain and misery. My arms now hold you tight. For I am your darkest sorrow. © 2017 Angie GReviews
