Wishing Well

Wishing Well

I'm not sure what I think of this one, a bit different from usual stuff.

Wishing well, why do you have to go and put me through hell, again and again

Wishing well, why can't I tell you're lying to me, like a ghost you walk right through me, then there is no turning back. why am I so nieve, do I honestly still believe that by throwing quarters the world will fall at my knees? Wishing well, I've trusted you too many times before, you never fail to burn every door, then leave me with no escape

Wishing well, I can't wait around for some fairy tale, my whole life lived out in my head, It's time to put these thoughts to rest, I'm only hurting myself, living my life for someone else, wishing well, you've only left me dissappointed, all of the stupid things I believed were true, but I've finally learned not to trust in you
