Freedom's Call

He rides on the wind, always alone,
The valley his kingdom,
The mountaintop his throne,
The earth below...the sky above,
This symbol of freedom that we
all respect and love.

Soaring far above where the bluebird sings,
Ruler of the skies, this vision on wings...
And we the earth-bound creatures here below,
Can only wish, but will never know...
Freedom unlimited...master of the skies...
We wish we could see through the 'Eagle's' eyes,
We wish we could fly where the eagle has flown,
The valley our kingdom,
the mountaintop our throne.

But God created everything...
And there's a purpose for it all...
From the creatures in the valley...
To the mountaintop so tall...
And He created the 'majestic Eagle,'
To reign over it all.
