Little WishesA Poem by Victoria ScottWhenever I blow a dandelion I whisper a wish into the wind And as the petals float afar The gentle breeze carries my heart into the air. Up into the rays of the sun My wishes float into the sky Wondering who will unlock their prayer Trusting as though a dearest friend. I trust the breeze to carry my wish To the only one able to understand The deepest wanting inside my heart And hold the gift upon His hand. © 2012 Victoria ScottReviews
