Our First KissA Poem by Victoria ScottNo I have honestly never experienced this, but this is what I would imagine it being like :)
You took my hand
I looked at you Our eyes locked And deep down I knew. My stomach started turning As I looked into your blue eyes Where no lie lay, Love, your only disguise. Without knowing we inched closer Our lips only a breath away The cold winter wind could be seen as clouds While upon your mouth a smile played. This is the moment That I felt The butterfly's as my stomach turned As the warmth of your gaze melted my heart. So close was he Yet so far I longed for his lips Standing here as we are. I closed my eyes The spell set free And a flutter of feelings Swarmed all through my being. His lips now pressed against my own The warmth of them like electricity Warmed me to, And our kiss with all its simplicity.
