Good bye father

Good bye father

A Poem by Angel
"

this poem was for my fathers actions

"

Tell me how to love?
how opposites become so alike
and my failures intrigue you
when did our falls become our starts?
listen to my tears, each a new story.

What makes you stay?
is it the roar in my voice
the destruction just from my eyes
and the nights I'm not there.

Am i a fool for putting our hands together?
and leaving this band in my pocket
smudge of red on my collar
and the essence of vanilla lingers the air

I begged you to stay another lonely night
and for some reason.... you stay
these steps in the sand faded
with the crash of the wave.

I dont know to love

only the spaces in between

I have scars to compare
and left stories to share.

Hi again. I like this poem also. I do have one question: you say it's based on your father; who's point of view? Is it his?

I only see a few spelling errors this time: descruction -> destruction

Actually, I think that's it. Great work.
